Day 1: Arrival in Gwalior
Upon your arrival in Gwalior, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax before embarking on a city exploration tour. Optional visits to Tansen Tomb and Tomb of Mohammad Ghaus are available. Overnight stay in Gwalior.
Day 2: Gwalior Local Tour
After breakfast, set out on a local tour of Gwalior. Visit Gwalior Fort, Gujari Mahal Archaeological Museum, Jai Vilas Palace, Sun Temple, and Teli ka Mandir. In the evening, experience the captivating sound and light show at Gwalior Fort. Overnight stay in Gwalior.
Day 3: Gwalior to Orchha
Drive from Gwalior to Orchha, with visits to Datia Fort and Jhansi Fort en route. Check-in to your hotel in Orchha and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Orchha.
Day 4: Orchha Sightseeing
Explore the historic town of Orchha after breakfast. Visit Jahangiri Mahal, Raj Mahal, Ram Raja Temple, Laxminarayan Temple, Rai Parveen Mahal, and the Royal Chhatris at the Bank of Betwa River. Return to the hotel in the evening for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5: Orchha to Khajuraho
Drive from Orchha to Khajuraho, stopping at Alipura Palace and Maharaja Chhatrasal Museum in Dhubela along the way. Enjoy the Sound & Light Show at the Western Group of temples in Khajuraho. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.
Day 6: Khajuraho Sightseeing
Explore the famous temples of Khajuraho, including the Western Group and Eastern Group temples. Visit Kandariya Mahadeo, Chaunsath Yogini, Parsvanath, Ghantai Temple, Adinath Temple, and more. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Jungle Safari in Panna National Park and Transfer to Jabalpur
Embark on an early morning jungle safari at Panna National Park, renowned for its wildlife and tiger reserve. After the safari, drive to Jabalpur for overnight stay.
Day 8: Visit Dhuandhar Waterfall in Jabalpur
Explore Jabalpur and visit the magnificent Dhuandhar Waterfall. Also, visit Madan Mahal Fort and enjoy the panoramic views of the city. Later, drive to Pachmarhi and check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.
Day 9: Sightseeing in Pachmarhi
Embark on a gypsy drive to visit the famous attractions in Pachmarhi, such as Jatashankar, Church, Bee Fall, Bal Udyan, Vaniki Sangrahalaya, Noka Vihar, and Pandav Caves. Enjoy the sunset at Dhoopgarh. Return to the hotel for a cosy night stay.
Day 10: Visit Bhimbetka and Bhojpur, Transfer to Bhopal
Drive to Bhopal and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bhimbetka, known for its ancient rock shelters and cave paintings. Also, explore the historic town of Bhojpur, famous for the largest shivling in the world and the magnificent Shiva Temple. Arrive in Bhopal and check-in to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11: Visit Sanchi, Udaigiri Caves, Gyraspur, and Vidisha
Explore the ancient sites of Sanchi, Udaigiri Caves, Gyraspur, and Vidisha. Visit the famous Stupas and Monasteries at Sanchi, the Udayagiri Caves with Hindu and Jain temples, and the historic town of Gyraspur. Return to Bhopal for overnight stay.
Day 12: Local Sightseeing in Bhopal and Transfer to Maheshwar
Visit the local attractions in Bhopal, including Lal Bagh Palace, Indore Museum, Kanch Mandir, and Chhatris. In the evening, experience the mesmerizing Light and Sound Show at Rajwada. Later, transfer to Maheshwar and check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Maheshwar.
Day 13: Day Tour to Mandu
Embark on a day tour to Mandu and visit landmarks such as Jahaz Mahal, Jami Masjid, Rupmati's Pavilion, and Hindola Mahal. Return to Maheshwar in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 14: Maheshwar to Burhanpur via Omkareshwar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Maheshwar and explore the Rani Ahilya City. Enjoy a boat ride on the Narmada River to Baneshwar temple, visit the Ahilyeswar temple, Rajarajeshwara temple, Jaleshwar temple, and Ghat. Then, drive to Omkareshwar to visit the revered Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Depart from Omkareshwar and arrive in Burhanpur for an overnight stay. Burhanpur, founded in 1400 AD, was once the capital of the Mughal Kingdom and served as an important outpost. Known as the gateway to southern India, Burhanpur boasts a rich historical heritage due to its strategic location.
Day 15: Visit Burhanpur and Depart to Indore
After breakfast, explore Burhanpur and visit attractions such as Asirgarh Fort, Shahi Qila, Dargah-E-Hakimi, and Jama Masjid. Later, depart from Burhanpur and arrive in Indore. Check-in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 16: Visit Indore
Enjoy a relaxed morning and have breakfast at your hotel. Around 11:00 AM, embark on a sightseeing tour of Indore. Visit Lal Bagh Palace, Indore Museum, Kanch Mandir, and Chhatris. In the evening, experience a mesmerising light and sound show at Rajwada. Afterward, explore the Sarafa night street-food market and savour the local delicacies of Madhya Pradesh. Return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 17: Transfer to Indore Airport
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the Indore Airport for your onward journey. The tour concludes here.
