I want to give my review and feedback of the tour company’s service. In summary it was excellent and extremely professional. We are a couple from London did a 3 week tour to Delhi, Agra, Rajasthan, Goa, Rishikesh and Amritsar.
Prior to the tour Sachin and the team were very prompt with replies, communicated clearly and were very flexible to accommodate our wishes. They gave us great options and advice regarding what would be possible and flight options.
Once we were out there we had an excellent experience with English speaking guides and drivers who helped make our stay comfortable and authentic. The company had arranged local representatives to meet us in certain places which was a thoughtful touch. On one occasion we wanted to adjust the tour programme last minute due to unforeseen circumstances; Sachin was able to arrange this immediately without trouble and sorted everything out which we were really grateful for.
We could not fault any of the service and it really did make our trip special and easy to enjoy. We had an unforgettable trip to India. I will definitely be using the company for my next trip. Thank you!
